Thoroughly enjoyed my sessions in the Pilates Studio. Fiona tailored a plan specific to my needs as netballer.

I've been doing pilates for a few weeks with Fiona and recommend! My main reason is to strengthen core for netball, and using the different equipment changes it up. In Flinders Lane, it's a great central location if you work in the city.

I'm a few weeks into pilates with Fiona and its great! Full of variety using equipment that I've never used before. My reason is to strengthen my core for netball and to get stronger. Central location at flinders lane - perfect for before work activity to kick the day off. Would recommend trying Viva!

Fiona has treated me several times, mainly with massage therapy. The massage therapy has been by far, the best I've ever experienced!!!

Testimonials

Please note that the following testimonials are collected, supplied and maintained by Viva Physiotherapy.

Chris , Melbourne City, CBD
I was training for my second marathon and was having loads of problems with my right knee. After trying to manage it myself I ended up seeking the help of Kathryn at Viva Physio. Kathryn is a fantastic sports physio and her treatment not only saw me complete the Melbourne marathon (which I would never have done without physio), but I also did it in 3 hours 3 minutes. Thanks Kath.
